		Lavender Recipes:                    Lavender blends well with other herbs. We add new recipes regularly. Enjoy!   Lavender Oat Waffles:                    1 c. whole wheat flour                    ½ c. unbleached flour                    ½ c. quick oats                    1 t. baking powder                    ½ t. baking soda                    ¼ t. garlic powder                    ¼ t. salt                    3 t. freshly ground lavender buds                    1 T. lavender honey                    3 T. x-lite olive oil                    1 c. milk                    2 eggs, slightly beaten                    Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the                    honey, oil, milk, and eggs. Stir the liquids into the flour mixture. Let sit 5 minutes.                    Bake waffles in a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.                    Makes six 4 inch waffles.
